Case is located in Cleveland, Ohio and more specifically in University Circle. University Circle is one of the most culturally condensed areas in the United States, because of all the museums that are within close proximity to each other. Within walking distance from Case we have the Cleveland Art Museum, Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and the Western Reserve Historical Society. Downtown, we have the world famous Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As students at Case we receive free admission to all of these museums, but the Rock Hall is discounted.
A five-minute walk from campus is Cleveland's Little Italy. Little Italy is a great place to go to get wonderful Italian food; there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, stores, bars and a club.
A quick 10 minute circle link ride and you are in Coventry. Coventry is a fun area filled with various restaurants, shops, and novelty stores. The restaurant Tommy’s which is located in Coventry was even featured on The Food Networks, $40 a Day!
Cleveland also has fabulous shopping with endless choices. You can choose from the Beachwood mall which is a 20 minute ride, Legacy Village, a 20 minute ride, Tower City Downtown a 20 minute Rapid ride, and the Richmond Mall which is a about a 45 minute car ride.
Downtown also offers many restaurants, including things like Sushi Rock and the Hard Rock Café.
There are also numerous bars and clubs, if you are interested in Cleveland’s nightlife. There are many athletic events to go to; Cleveland is home to the Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers. All of which have discounted tickets that are offered to students. There is never a lack of things to do in Cleveland!
