REGISTRATION

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact your Advisor to discuss your academic plans and request your advising hold be released.

Step 2: Login to SIS (Student Information System)

*Once logged in to SIS, you can access your academic record, search for classes, view an unofficial transcript, and register for classes.

Financial Obligations

Debts to the University must be paid in full before your registration will be processed. Please clear any financial holds before attempting to register. If you have questions about your account, please contact the Student Accounts Receivable Office at 216-368-2226.

Withdrawal

*NOT ATTENDING CLASS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WITHDRAWAL*
Should circumstances prevent your attending or completing a course, a written notice of desire to withdraw MUST be submitted. Withdrawal forms (PDF) are available in the FPB Registrar’s Office (NOA 390, ground floor).

Non-Degree Seeking Students

If you have not yet been formally accepted into the School of Nursing, please complete the Non-Degree Student application and registration form (both PDF). In addition, if you have not already done so, request that your former colleges/universities forward your transcripts to us. See our Other Students page for more information.

Ph.D. students need to contact the Graduate Studies Office at 216-368-4390.
