Johnston, S. & Kraut, D. (1990). Pregnancy bed rest: a guide for the pregnant woman and her family. New York: Henry Holt. ( This is an excellent paperback written by two women who were on bed rest themselves. It is full of excellent tips. It maybe be out of print, if so, try the library)
