Online Bed Rest Support Groups

There are many online resources for pregnant women. These sites offer interactive bulletin boards that help you connect with other women on bed rest. Please email us any other online support services that you find helpful.

Sidelines. National support group for women on bed rest, including mentoring and other support measures. This is comprehensive support, and for many women, the most important source for surviving bed rest.

ParentsPlace. A web site for pregnancy and parenting, that also includes a bulletin board for women on pregnancy bed rest.

BabyCenter. This site offers guidance and gear for new and expectant parents, and also includes a bulletin board for women on bed rest.

ParentSoup. This highly interactive site has information and support for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and parenting. Many interactive opportunities, and dozens of bulletins boards, including a great one exclusively for bed rest.
