Case UserID/Email
The Most Important Piece of the Technology Puzzle...
Before you are able to do anything computer related on campus, you must activate your Case UserID. This is part of your email, your access to Blackboard, computers, journals, library services, etc. If you are an employee, you must have already gone through orienation before you are able to activate your UserID. If you are a student, you must be registered before you are able to activate your UserID. It will take 24 hours for your UserID to become active.

Computer Registration
All computers that are brought to campus must be registered to access the network...
Before you are able to physically connect your computer to the Case network, it must be registered with the campus servers. (This does not apply for wireless connection). In order to register your computer, you must physically connect it to the network (in a lab, or in your dorm) and follow the link below to register your MAC address. It will take approximately an hour for your computer to be recognized by the network after you register. A reboot is recommended.
