| The following case study was used in our training workshop to demonstrate the importance of interdisciplinary input into care planning for complex pediatric patients. Each participant was given some common information about a patient as well as some discipline-specific information that the respective care providers may have learned in their own assessments of the patient. The team members come together to formulate a plan of care. |
