Laura Cummings is a clinical pharmacy specialist in pediatrics. She received her Pharm.D. from The University of Michigan. She did a Pharmacy Practice Residency at The University of Illinois at Chicago and a Pediatric Pharmacy Practice Specialty Residency at Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Mark Richard

Mark Richard, (deceased), was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University and is the Director of the Pediatric Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center. He received his MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine and did his pediatric residency, including a year as chief resident, through the University of North Carolina at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.

Jacquelyn Niesen is a Registered Nurse, Manager of Quality Management and an Associate Clinical Professor at Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing. She received a B.M. from Baldwin-Wallace College, a M.M. from Cleveland State University and a Doctor of Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

Shirley Moore

Shirley Moore is an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Francis Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University. She received her BSN from Kent State University and her MSEd, MSN, and PhD from Case Western Reserve University. She has participated in several national demonstration projects on collaborative teamwork in health care.

Diane Smetana

Diana Smetana, R.N.,B.S.N.,Cm. I received my Diploma in Nursing from Lutheran Medical School of Nursing and continued my education at Bowling Green State University receiving a Bachelors in Science in Nursing. I have been the Pediatric Case Manger at Metro Health Medical System for over six years and have become a Certified Case Manager from the ANCC Credentialing Board. As part of my role as case manager I am actively involved in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team in the discharge planning for the inpatient pediatric patients.

Dave Roberts is an assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University. He is the Division Chief of Ambulatory/Academic Pediatrics and prior Director of the Pediatric Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center. He is also Director of Professional Staff Compliance for the MetroHealth System. He received his M.D. from Wayne State University and residency training in pediatrics/fellowship training in academic medicine from C.W.R.U.

She is also a Senior Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. She received her MD from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. She serves as Curriculum Director for the CfK Project.
